Skin splash arts will most likely never get a new one, such as that Sona skin. Riot only pays attention to classics.

And speaking off champions needing a new splash arts, Swain XinZhao needs them as well.

Those irelia and Sona splashes still look good. Rammus and Warwick don't even have actual backgrounds, though. :(
