it been 2 years after Karthus VU update and he hasn't received any skins, i know he isn't popular, but i think he needs a new skin, possible Legendary tier, like Rumble, Skarner, Sion recently got theirs even as they are low popularity champions. I know a lot of Karthus main have been waiting...
