Vivian - The Everlasting Horror
Not too long ago, I worked on a project. A champion concept for Uriel Hayth, the White Knight. As October rolled around, I was inspired to create yet another character. Once I'd begun, I'd originally called it the "Horror Elemental", and included some rather... graphic, gruesome material, such as the original concept for her Ultimate.
Vivian was designed to be a potential Void Support, with the potential to lane safely on her own, and for those that like unconventional picks, I'd added some things into her kit to allow her to jungle to some extent, though I wouldn't suggest it. For clarity, Vivian is a pair of characters, where Vivian herself is to the other character, what Corki's flying machine is to him.
I don't want to clutter up this post too much, but I do want to get this out of the way. I have written up a Character Sheet for Vivian, including as much information as I could muster up. I'll be copying that information here, with minor edits, and will include the .txt document itself as an attachment. Just so you know, this may be a bit of a wall of text.

LORE Vivian's story is not one people had ever liked to tell. It began the way many tragedies do, with a perfect family, and a happy life. However, joy is such a slight and fleeting thing.
Every few month, Vivian's father would leave for weeks at a time, off to peddle his talents, and every time he would return with a feast for his loving wife and adoring daughter. It was not fit for a king, but that mattered little to the man. He was content, and his daughter happy, and that was all that concerned him. However, this did not last. One day, the man left suddenly, called away for a difficult task, guaranteed to keep him and his family fed for quite some time. This was a task that he would not return from.
Weeks went by, and yet no one had heard a thing of the man, most feared the worst. His wife and daughter waited every evening outside their quaint home, keeping a watchful eye on the road, hoping that the man would return. Unfortunately, he never came, and as the winter drew closer, strange beasts had set their sights on the defenseless cabin, coming closer every single night.
Barely a week had passed, and the dread creatures had begun peering through windows in the night. Thankfully, that night, that was all they did. However, the next night was a whole different breed of horror. Just as the sun dipped below the horizon, and the land grew dark, there was a knock at the front door. Terrified and desperate, the girls mother grabbed her late husbands axe, and pointed the girl to her room, telling her to close her door. She made her way to the door, her last words being "I love you, very much" before she crossed that terrible threshold.
Minutes passed like hours, as the creatures began circling the house, scratching at the walls, pawing at the windows. More and more, the creatures began pounding at the wall, as if they could see the girl behind it, until suddenly something slammed up against the window with a yelp. The beasts could be heard scurrying away into the forest, scared for their lives. Slowly, the front door opened with a creak.
The girl rejoiced, and with a twinkle in her eye, she looked to the door hoping to see her mother. This was not the case. Something wretched forced the door open, its eyes, horribly locked on her. The dread Beast inched closer, and closer, its eyes burning with a hatred beyond reason. Suddenly, it lunged forward, shifting into a black mist. All the world went black for the poor girl, as she felt herself fade away. This was not to be her end, however, and she soon found herself witness to a body moving independently of her will.
The next hour was a dark, dreary blur, until the poor girl found herself at the doorstep of a powerful blaze, and the remains of what was once a happy home.

======= ABILITIES
Passive - Sweet Dreams Every 60/55/50/45/40 seconds, enemy Champions near Vivian (R)625/750/875/1000/1250) are marked. After 7/6/5 seconds, a projection of Vivian appears to the Summoner controlling the affected Champion for a split second, unleashing a scream that lowers their Armor by 5/6/7/8/9(+0.10 Bonus AD) and Magic Resistance by 3/4/5/6/7(+0.05 Bonus AP).
This effect picks Champions at random, prioritizing nearby champions, and cannot pick them again until a minute has passed since they were first marked. This cooldown only applies to champions that have been affected by the scream.
Q - Time Out Upon casting, Vivian creates a moving wall of Void Energy, that travels at a speed of 200/225/250/275/300(+10% bonus MS), forcing back any units it comes into contact with (Knockback range 200), and dealing 70/100/130/160/190(+0.2% AP) Magic Damage.[Depending on how far away the initial cast is from Vivian, the wall will move AWAY from her, or TOWARD her]
Each time an enemy Champion is struck, they take 30% less damage and are pushed back further than before (+25 range).
