So I've been coming up with champion concepts for a while now, and at one point, tried to make the old Sion work, by shuffling a few things around, fixing the scaling on his abilities and changing his ultimate. In keeping with that trend, I've elected to do the same with Taric, keeping his kit largely the same, with changes or additions. With that out of the way, I'll be posting directly from the .txt file I've recorded the changes on.

PASSIVE - GLISTERING DEFENDER Taric remains calm and composed in battle, so long as his allies are safe while under his protection. While near allied champions, Taric's movement speed, attack damage and attack speed increase as their health decreases, at the expense of his bonus armor.
If a nearby allied champion goes below 10% health, Imbue will come off cooldown. (60/45/30 second cooldown)

Q - IMBUE Taric brandishes his enchanted crystalline maul, sending a wave of soothing energy out towards an allied unit, healing them and himself for 100/120/140/180/250(+35% AP)(+5% total HP) Health.
If Taric casts Imbue on himself, he is healed for 130/160/190/220/250(+45% AP)(+5% total HP), and cleanses himself of one debuff effect. If this occurs, Imbue's cooldown is increased by 5 seconds.

W - GLITTERSMASH PASSIVE - Taric further empowers the gems that line his armor. While Glittersmash is available, Taric increases his and his allies' armor by 11/12/12/13/14% of his total armor.
ACTIVE - Taric saps his gems of their new enchantments, causing their magic to erupt in a shining blast, dealing 100/120/140/160/180(+15% total armor) magic damage to enemy units within 250 range and reducing their armor by 5/10/15/20/25(+5% total armor) for 3/3/4/5/5 seconds.
If a nearby allied champion is below 30% health when Glittersmash is activated, it will push nearby enemy units back, and halt any missiles within the blast radius. If this occurs, Glittersmash's cooldown will be increased by 10 seconds.

E - DAZZLING LIGHT PASSIVE - While Dazzling Light is available, every 3rd autoattack by Taric will reduce the cooldown of his abilities by 1 second.
ACTIVE - Taric focuses powerful energies into his shield, heaving it forward, releasing a wave of brilliant light, that will stun an enemy unit, dealing 60/90/120/150/180(+25% AP) magic damage. In addition, enemies take increased damage from Dazzling Light the closer they are to Taric (Upto 200%).
If an enemy unit is killed by Dazzling Light, half of the mana cost is refunded, and the cooldown is reduced by 2 seconds.

R - RADIANCE Taric raises his hammer above his head, before slamming it into the ground with great force, dealing 150/250/350(+40% AP)(+5% total armor and magic resist). For the next 10 seconds, Taric emits a glowing aura of power, increasing his Attack Damage and Ability Power by 25/50/75, and granting nearby allies 20/25/30 bonus Attack Damage and Ability Power.
While enshrouded by the Radiant Aura, the passive effect of Dazzling Light remains active, and Taric's attack and movement speed are increased by 10%, while his abilities' cooldown periods are increased by 6 seconds each.
