Taric Kit Rework [NEW kit]

This post is an addition to my earlier Kit Fix for Taric. As far as I'm concerned, both kits, while similar, are different enough that I felt that this one deserved it's own thread, rather than just being tacked on to an already lengthy post, or tacked on further into the discussion, where it might not even be seen at all. This will be addressing his kit alone, as I haven't changed the base stats that I'd set for Taric.

That aside, my first attempts with pre-existing champions are always with the intention of making the original kit work in the current version of League, while this attempt is aimed at taking inspiration from the old kit.

I've decided not to include animation loops and stills of my new Taric Model, as they can already be found in the previous "Kit Fix" thread.

ABILITIES

P - LUSTROUS GUARDIAN Taric diligently protects his allies. As their health lowers, Taric's Movement Speed¹, Attack Speed² and Attack Damage³ increase, at the expense of his Bonus Armor.

If a nearby allies' hitpoints go below 10%, Soothing Wind instantly comes off cooldown.(60/45/30 second cooldown)

Lv. 0-5/6-11/12-18 ¹ 0-30/5-40/10-50 MS ² 0-15/5-25/5-35% AS ³ 0-25/5-35/10-45 AD

RANGE - 700

Q - SOOTHING WIND Taric's compassion for others draws great power from within his gemmed warhammer, causing a wave of healing energies to radiate out in a cone, healing both Taric and any allies within the cone for 2/2/3/3/4%(+.4% per 100 AP(+.4% per 1000 Bonus HP(+1 per Soul Gem) of their maximum health over 3 seconds.

If multiple allies are affected by Soothing Wind, the ability has a total healing bonus of (+.4% per Taric's AP(+.4% per 800 of Taric's Bonus HP(+2.5 per Soul Gem), divided equally amongst all units affected.

If no allies are affected, Soothing Wind rebounds on Taric, healing him for 3/3/4/4/5%(+.6% per 100 AP(+.6% 800 Bonus HP(+3 per Soul Gem) of his maximum health over 4 seconds.

The Soothing Wind buff is removed if the healed unit is attacked by an enemy Champion.

MANA - 40/50/55/60/70 RANGE - 300/325/350/375/400 COOL - 26/23/21/18/16

W - BASTION PASSIVE - As Taric's defences grow stronger, so too do the enchantments on his gems, now emanating power, and increasing his allies' Armor by 9/12/15/18/21% of his Total Armor.

ACTIVE - Taric slams the ground, shattering his gems, dealing 90/110/130/150/170(+7% Total Armor) Magic Damage, and lodging 3(+1 Per 900 Bonus HP) Gem Shards¹ into all enemy units' affected.

Gem Shards can be broken by autoattacks, dealing 20/35/45/50/60(+10% AP) Magic Damage, and reducing the enemy units' Armor by 5/6/8/10/12(+5% Total Armor(+.2 per Soul Gem) for 3/3/4/5/5 seconds.

MANA - 70/90/100/110/130 RANGE - 375/375/400/425/425 COOL - 16/15/14/13/12

¹ Gem shards are imbedded in the side of the victims that was facing towards Bastion.

E - DAZZLING LIGHT PASSIVE - While Dazzling Light is available, every 3rd autoattack by Taric will reduce the cooldown of his abilities by 0.5 seconds. This effect is disabled while the ability is on cooldown.

ACTIVE - Taric heaves his shield forward, firing out a mass of incredible light at a target area, dealing 40/70/100/130/160(+20% AP(+5% Bonus Armor) Magic Damage and stunning the unit(Prioritizing Champions) closest to the centre of the blast.

Dazzling Light can be re-activated while an enemy unit is stunned, charming them for the remainder of the Stun Duration(+.05 seconds per Soul Gem).

MANA - 60/75/90/105/120 RANGE - 500 AoE - 200 COOL - 16/16/16/16/16 STUN - 1.0/1.25/1.5/1.75/2.0

R - RADIANCE PASSIVE - Taric is empathically linked to the beings around him. Upon killing a unit, a Soul Gem¹ begins to grow from their corpse, lasting for 5 seconds. These Soul Gems draw off of all nearby units, gaining power with each nearby death. Soul Gems can be picked up by Taric and his Allies, healing them for 30/40/50(+5% AP(10 per death bonus) hitpoints.

²Taric gains 1 Soul Gem stack by picking them up, regardless of their growth.

ACTIVE - Taric strengthens his resolve, slamming his Warhammer onto the ground, causing a small shockwave to erupt from him, draining him of upto 50 Soul Gems and dealing 150/175/225(+20% AP(+5% Total HP(+5 Per Soul Gem) Magic Damage to any enemies around him.

For the next 10(+.1 per Soul Gem) seconds, Taric gains 20/30/40(+.5 per Soul Gem) AD and AP, while his allies gain 10/15/20(+.25 per Soul Gem) AD or AP(Depending on the higher stat).

Taric also gains the Dazzling Light passive effect while Radiant Aura is in effect, aswell as 50% increased effectiveness from Lustrous Guardian.

MANA - 125/150/175 PAS. RANGE - 800 ACT. RANGE - 350 AURA RANGE - 800 COOL - 90/80/65

¹ Soul Gems initially take 1 hit to destroy, gaining 1 extra hitpoint for every 4 death-stacks. ² Taric can only have a maximum of 50 Soul gems at a time.

This concept didn't get much attention, I felt it could use a bit more.
