XERATH Should be the next champion to get a Legendary Skin

I feel like he really deserves one and when I look at the ideas I can see strong potential for a legendary one. But it should be a fearsome skin where during the loading screen the player going against him goes " aw crap... " lol (NO I DID NOT DRAW ANY OF THESE)
