Now cmon, this is anything lewd. In a game that is focused on something totally diffetent as long as you don't play it.
A bit of fanservice is not bad. Only or too much fanservice is bad.
Also, to be honest, that is not even that much fanservicey. Ok, womans have boobs, what a surprise. Some even have a good looking cleavage with dresses that fits that, what a surprise again. And it is sexy, already, but in a way that fits the character.
But among all the fanservicey things out there, this is good looking, measured and fitting.

If Akali joins any of those collections, it would be Sweetheart, but Riot would probably make a new name for her instead.
