Valari the portal weaver

Passive: after using two abilities Valari dives in the cursor direction. This can be used to travel through any created portals.

Q: Valari throws a plasma bomb dealing magic damage in target area. Can be used through portals.

W: summons up to two portals. These portals only allow objects and champions to pass through them. Portals can be setup on obstacles but only short distances. Any objects sent through has slightly increased range.

E: Valari puts her arms out in front of her and shoots an plasma bolt in the target direction. Any champion that is close to Valari and gets hit by it gets knocked back but doesn't become immobile. Bolts disappears after use.

R: Valari throw out two spiraling orbs. On champion hit deals magic damage and opens up a portal above and below the enemy champion. The enemy champion will fall through the bottom and be transferred down from the top portal. If enemy champions are within the portal radius they fall through and are dealt minor ap damage and are slowed for 1.5 seconds. (No champ can fall through more than once)

If anything needs to be explained feel free to ask also I plan on making stats and lore and such but lemme know what you guys think and if you would play this champ :P

Weird, but definitely unique champion design. Definitely taking new mechanics to a whole other levels, I'd love to see some Vayne/Poppy plays with the portal mechanics honestly. I'd recommend putting names and numbers in the description though.

Thanks for the feedback and I do plan on adding stats at some point as well as lore

I like the portal concept, but don't we already have the Magical Journeying Bard?

Also this is similar but very very different to bards magical journey. Portals is what her kit is literally based around. You set up portals in any place you wish and you send in skill shots so it goes out the other portal and attacks the enemy. This champion is more of a higher skill cap champion since you need good positioning on both you and portals. With bard you're only able to be sent through them rather than actually sending abilities into it and damaging champions on the other end
