[Champion Concept] Zask, Hunter of Hunters

Zask, Hunter of Hunters

Lore:

Zask's dad was a famous hunter. Upon his travels he came across another hunter name Rengar. Zasks father challenged Rengar to a hunt to see who was the better hunter. Zask's dad barely defeated Rengar but Rengar accused him of cheating. Rengar vowed to seek revenge to the man he thought to have cheated him. Zask was a small boy at the time just playing outside when Rengar attacked him and his mother. Zask's dad rushed outside to find his wife slain by Rengar and we went and fought Rengar in a vengeful rage. He fends off rengar but sustains fatal wounds, and later he dies in Zask's arms. Before his death Zask's dad told him to find Rengar and seek revenge by killing him. Zask swore that one day he would seek the wrong that Rengar had done and slay the mighty hunter.

**Appearance: ** Zask wears a hooded cloak to disguise himself from his enemies and appears a regular person. He wields duo daggers for the silent but deadly kill. He bears the three scars which motivates him to seek vengeance on his families killer.

Role: Physical/ Assassin (or tank if preferred) Zask can play as a Top lane champion as well as a Jungler

Abilities:

Passive: Shadow Charge Zask requires no mana and is built on a Shadow Charge. Every third basic attack Zask gains a Shadow Charge. Once Shadow Charge reaches 5 charges the next ability does extra damage as magic damage.

Q: Deathly Dash

Zask charges up for a dash for 3 seconds and can be activated sooner. The longer the charge up the higher the physical damage. If Deathly Dash goes through more than one enemy the damage is reduced. Can be used to escape over obstacles. If used with Shadow Charge the cool down is reduced by 1 second and deal a small amount of magic damage. If used with Mark of a Hunter it'll deal extra damage.

W: Hunters Trap

Once activated Hunters Trap will snare the first enemy that attacks it for 2 seconds and deal magic damage. If used with Shadow Charge, Hunters Trap will snare for 4 seconds and deal extra damage as magic damage. If used with Mark of a Hunter it'll deal physical damage along with the snare.

E: Mark of a Hunter Passive: Shadow Charge is negated from other abilities if enemy is marked.

If Zask marks an enemy they will be marked for 4 seconds and will be granted vision on the marked target. If Shadow charge is used on **Mark of a Hunter ** The vision granted is increased to 5 seconds. This ability can grant vision to opponents that go invisible but the timer is halved.

R: Decimating Strikes

Zask chooses an enemy and dashes through the target twice dealing physical damage and is un targetable the duration of Decimating Strikes and returns to the location Decimating Strikes was activated. If the target is marked Zask will deal extra damage as magic damage, same effect applies to Shadow Charge but will not deal damage for both.

How to play:

Zask is about dealing damage fast but can be countered after abilities are used. Start off farming and building up Shadow charge. Once you get your stacks charge up Deathly Dash to deal the extra damage. Once you have used Deathly Dash use Hunters Trap to snare your opponent. Then mark your opponent with Mark of a Hunter and use Decimating Strikes to deal the extra magic damage.

Laning against Zask:

Zask is vulnerable to most ranged champion and is a gap closer. Don't let him get Shadow Charges as it will deal extra damage and will be deadly. Wait for Zask to charge up his Deathly Dash before engaging and do your best to dodge (as it will deal some damage) and don't attack once he uses Hunters Trap. Once he has used his gap closers he is very vulnerable to most attacks so that's when you want to hit him hard. If marked with Mark of a Hunter don't hide you will be seen.

Upon start up with enemy Rengar

"At last I shall meet my foe!

I'm not sure how my numbers should look so I wrote down just the abilities. Constructive Criticism is preferred as this is my first champion concept. I did my best to balance him out and make him strong at the Same time but at the same time not op. Also I just randomly came up with the quotes and they're not amazing but I thought they fit. I don't understand the W, is a decoy? Or is something Zask throws out?

His lore doesn't make sense. Rengar hunted the best of the best and wouldn't randomly attack a family. I believe you should change his lore to the following.

Zask's dad was a famous hunter He challenged rengar to a hunt to see who is better Zask's dad barely one and rengar accused him of cheating Rengar vows to have revenge Zask is a small child paying outside when rengar attacks him and his mom Zask's dad rushes in a fights rengar to save his child and wife He fends off rengar but sustains fatal wounds, and he dies His mother dies in zask's arms Zask vows vengeance
