Evelynn really needs a 1350 or higher skin with nice particles.

i think this skin is good and i will buy and should be a 1350 skill or a 1820 skin maybe the skin is a pulsefire skin or a program skin

im all for giving eve a high tier skin BUT trust me when i say if you guys want her to get a good skin before she gets a vu its gonna hurt in the long run
its gonna end up being a morgana case where they make her a really great concept 1350 skin but its utter garbage in terms of looks and execution in game all because they dont have much to work with (rig) and now its probably gonna take even longer for morg to get a vu because that skin just added more work for the champ update team
so instead of asking for a skin for eve i think the community should be asking for her vu first
