What we really need is
A new race of champions. Or expand races that only have one champion. Like the nami fish people, more werewolves for warwick. Or we can create a new race. Yordles worst enemies. The rabbit tribe.

Warwick is one of a kind, he isn't really a werewolf, but a gene experiment from Singed.
About fish people: more aquatic vastaya could be cool, just please not another mermaid type. Give us vastaya with features of other aquatic animals, like crabs, rays, eels... Anything like that.
And tbh, I don't think we need to add alot of other races at this point anymore. Runeterra has plenty of races already and I kinda get tired of seeing every new champion being some magical creature. For a change, I would like if new releases would focus on humans which are just really well trained and/or equipped.
Warwick is a freak of Nature made my singed by accident so you can't really say he is a werewolf race. The closest to werewolfs in the league would be wolf vastayans.
In terms of Nami, she is a part of the vastayan race, specifically of the marai tribe.
