A Tricky Fighter - MUST UPVOTE

The theme of this champion would be a completely evil fighter for all those edge lords out there. For now, let's call him Jeff.

Passive - Serrated Blade: All physical damage ignores a portion of the target's armor.

Q - Ruptured Hammies: Rupture the target's hammies, causing them to take damage whenever the opponent moves (Exception of blinks).

W - Blade of Suffocation: The opponent is now suffocating. Suffocating enemies move slower and cannot cast abilities.

E - Time's Up: Roll in a targeted direction and throw a dagger in the same direction hitting the first enemy unit. The dagger does critical damage.

R - Blade of Shadows: Rush forward, impaling the first champion hit. Only the opponent will be able to see Jeff, and only Jeff can see the opponent. During this time, both Jeff and Opponent have decreased movement speed when moving away from eachother, and increased movement speed when moving towards eachother. If the blade loses sight of it's owner (opponent blinks through wall), the spell instantly ends with the opponent taking a massive amount of damage.
