PhailRaptor3 votesIt's not exactly uncommon for terrorist groups to step on each other's toes to claim responsibility. Any single event could potentially not have been caused by any of them, but they will all attempt to claim responsibility if they can confirm it soon enough. Various Al Qaeda splinter groups have done this before, as have the various affiliated terrorist parties within the Palestinian government in Gaza.
