They have a random Champion selector, so Why not a Random Skin selector?

I love all of the skins I have and it's so hard to choose. Can i just have a random skin selector for my skins?

Because LoL client is not that advanced. Riot refuse to improve the client and game options that can make a players life easier. Name a few?

  • Organizable champion select (similar to item set in summoner's profile).
  • Stop kicking people to main screen after a match was unsuccessful.
  • Role picking/indicator while picking your champion to help prevent confusion.
  • Game options and hotkey saved per champion.

The list goes on.

This hasn't gotten any attention. It should be a simple matter to add this option to the game.
