Do you guys remember the Shockblade Zed chroma that was going to be released?

What happened?

I recall there being a great deal of negative feedback at the overly-flamboyant colors, lack of black, and the bug that made his particles similar to Classic's particles.

None of which seems like would be all that hard to fix. Re-chroma? Copy and paste Shockblade's particles onto the mistakenly-used Classic particles?

Since we already know of this product's existence, would it be disallowed to tell us how progress is going on it?
