Doesn't that contradict your requirement of the champion being a slayer?

He is classified as slayer however

Slayers are fragile but agile damage-focused mostly melee champions that look to swiftly take down their targets. They are often highly mobile and specializing in single-target burst damage.

Lee sin doesn't fly he jumps to objects. Malzahar flies, Syndra flies, lee sin not so much.

What contradicts him being a slayer?

He is classified as slayer however

Lee sin is a diver, not a slayer. He is like Vi and Warwick, not Vayne and Yasuo.

Diver:

While still short-ranged overall, divers excel at entering fights and initiating combat, though once in they have only their natural defenses to protect them against incoming damage. Divers tend to build equal parts damage and defense, allowing them to remain a constant threat without sacrificing too much survivability.

Slayer:

Slayers are highly mobile champions specializing in single-target burst damage. What they generally lack in resilience, they more than make up for in their potential to cover large distances, quickly kill priority targets and retreat just as fast.

Slayers don't need stacking damage they are burst champions Lee is debetable depending on build, but he is usually more of a slayer than a diver.

It's not unique in thought, not in comparison to other champions. A superhero, that isn't all that original. It's in a bunch of stuff. Now champions like Leblanc haven't really been done before. Yea you could have a bird, a phoenix, but instead how about we make that phoenix be made of ice rather than fire Anivia ? See what I'm getting at?

Well no matter what way you go, no champion is unique. Leblanc is just a magic show girl, anvia is just a pheonix, sion is just frankenstein's monster. Each has a source of its creation. One top of that, not everyone wants a big showy champion with galaxy creating powers. Some of us just simple champions. When i say a superhero champion, i mean in design, not lore. Lore wise he can be whatever, I want a flying ad champion.

Well in the lores some of the champs are 'super heroes' of their areas

When I say superhero champion I don't mean by lore, I mean champion design. Flying around instead of walking. punches and fights in his kit. Think Goku, superman, and a few others. They are brawlers who can fly.
