When the boards are begging for a support champion

I want a support that creates portals for skillshots. That Ezreal Q won't come at you from the front any more.

Would it be overpowered or even needed? No, but it would probably be a Bard level of fun to play.

What if those asking for a new support champion and those that don't want to play support...
