Lulu "Help, Pix!" vision alteration idea

I was thinking wouldn't it be a intressting change to prode her E with this:

• ACTIVE: Lulu sends Pix to the target unit, shielding them for up to 6 seconds and altering their vision by X%, if they are an allied champion, or dealing magic damage to her target and granting true sight of them for 4 seconds if they are an enemy.

Champions have a sight range of 1200 units so we can let her W alter it by about 10%. So when using her E offensivly the enemy will have about the same vision range of that of a minion while using defensively it can provide a range from about 1300 units.
