Legacy Game Mode and Legacy Vs.

On the classic Summoner's Rift, with classic legacy items. The only champions you can play on this game mode are champions who have had major reworks and relaunches, but it's their previous model and kit.

It will allow new players to experience what LoL use to be and it will be a nostalgia trip for players who remembered playing the old broken Sion or old pizza feet Taric.

Then, you can choose the Vs Legacy mode, where both teams will be locked in mirror matches, but one team will have the modern incarnation of the champion and the other team will have the original, and summoner's rift will be divided in half, with classic rift on one side and modern rift on the other.

Time isn't binary. There isn't "new vs old". I mean unless you're only going to permit beta champions? Or if you're a real stickler only allow annie?

Also that's a ridiculous amount of work for a gimmick game mode.

Huh, didn't realize this was a post, I did a whole rant about something like this. Kinda-ish. Good idea though! (Lets just hope that we can get item 3068 item 3068 item 3068 item 3068 item 3068 item 3068 , 6 Sunfire capes FTW!)
