Riot plz, RAVENBORN TALON for this year's harrowing :3

There's obviously not enough time to make the skin by then if it isn't already under production, but GOD DAMN a Ravenborn Talon skin sounds SO fitting and so cool.

Talon's last skin was also an unplanned one (as are all the Worlds skins) which means that, realistically, considering the amount of time since his last skin, he definitely has a skin underway right now.

Let's hope it's RAVENBORN TALON :3
