Sleigh Bell Katarina and Snow Bunny Nidalee

Are these going to be purchasable this winter? After you made Kitty Kat Katarina available to everyone it would be really backwards if you then disallow people from having Sleight Bell Kat. Additionally those loading screen markers on the splash art for people who had the Kat skin and bought it originally is very tacky and covers up the splash art. Really dissapointed in that still, doubly so if I can't even purchase Sleigh Bell Kat this winter.
