[I'm relatively new to League, but I love writing and character design, so I've got a couple ideas I wanted to post. If anybody has any pointers or complaints, feel free to fire them at me. Like I said, I'm still figuring this out. Please, lemme know your thoughts!]

Lore Once upon a time, a talented blacksmith was taken captive by a tribe of trolls who coveted his skills. Despite his captivity, the blacksmith grew close to a troll maiden and they had a child together, a daughter who they named Grace. The half-troll was a frequent target of ridicule and while she never doubted the love of her parents, she fled into a ferocious storm one day. Her parents searched desperately for her, to no avail, but after several days, Grace returned - none the worse for the wear and dragging the carcass of a young ice drake after her. No longer paying any heed to the taunts and sneers of her tribe, which lessened with the passing days, she turned her focus to hunting, growing skilled in the tracking and taking down of prey. As she grew older, her quarries grew deadlier but she never backed down, proving herself to her tribe.

One day, a hunt led her into a quarrel with a man wearing a bear skin and their fight ultimately drew into a stalemate. Tired and realizing that neither of them were going to claim victory, Grace conceded and invited him to eat with her. Impressed with her power, the monk invited her back to meet his tribe - the Winter's Claw.

Alternate Skins: • Damsel Grace (wears a fairy tale princess type dress with a wand replacing her scythe)

Moving -Stop moving so fast! -If I hear any jokes about 'roll out,' somebody's getting a boot to the face. -Onward, towards new discoveries and new friends! -Nothing beats momma's cooking. -Rattle, rattle, rattle. Armor's so noisy. -When's lunch?

Attacking -My kill, my food! -Haha! -Won't you be my prey? Pretty please? -Whoops. That looked like it hurt. Sorry! -Leaving so soon? -Worrrr-LA! Wor-la, wor-la, wor-la! -Woohoohoohoo! -Look out below!

Jokes _-Your daddy lets you wear clothes like that? [said when near any scantily clad champion (including Varus)] -I had a yeti once. It was a bit chewy. _ Taunts _-You're no king of mine. (said to Trundle) -Hah! My lunch put up a bigger challenge than you did! _

NOTES: So, Grace is one of the first concepts I came up with and I tried to make her a little different than characters we already have - though most of that is having her be a humanoid female that has a slightly different body shape. As some of her quotes suggest, she is rotund. And also fully armored - maybe aside from her mouth because she doesn't want to have to waste time taking off her helmet to eat something. I also figured the League could use a few more champions who don't have a horrific childhood. Grace is a friendly optimist and the only real reason that she's with the Winter's Claw is because she met and befriended them first - they're her buddies. Anyway, I think that's about it for now. If anybody's interested or has any thoughts they'd be willing to share, please lemme know (haven't I said that already?)!

PS. Braum probably shouldn't be listed under friends, but she has an unrequited crush on him. Overall, it's not too important to her, but we figured that we'd leave it up there.

EDIT!!! So, I have a friend who is working on producing some art for my characters, but it might be a bit and I dislike using stuff that I don't have any right touching. Until then, please settle for this description, which I will include in future posts until I have pictures!

DESCRIPTION: A massive figure, encased in dark steel, moves forward with surprising speed and deadly purpose. Long braids of shocking pink extend from beneath the helm, which leaves a rounded chin of pale blue revealed. Designs of beasts are worked into the armor, proudly detailing the rotund warrior's hunting exploits, and fur pelts are visible beneath the heavy plates. Clasped in thick, armored fingers is a wicked scythe of the same dark metal of her armor, its handle formed like a spine, topped with a dragon's skull and bladed fangs. The steps of the heavy boots seem to shake the ground with a sense of foreboding, but the wide mouth not covered by the helm curls about the short pair of tusks in a dazzling smile as she extends a massive hand in welcome.
