[I'm relatively new to League, but I love writing and character design, so I've got a couple ideas I wanted to post. If anybody has any pointers or complaints, feel free to fire them at me. Like I said, I'm still figuring this out. Please, lemme know your thoughts!]

AIBELL, DEATH'S KNELL No performance shall sway Death.

Gender: Female Race: Specter (Previously human) Birthplace: Unknown Residence: Mobile (Primarily Shadow Isles) Occupation: Psychopomp Faction: Independent Allies: None Rivals: Karthus, Mordekaiser

Role: Assassin/Mage

Health: 525 (+80.0 per Level) -> 1,885 Mana: 300 (+50.0 per Level) -> 1,150 Attack Damage: 55 (+3.7 per Level) -> 117.9 Move Speed: 340 Armor: 28.4 (+3.4 per Level) -> 86.2 Magic Resist: 31.9 (+1.25 per Level) -> 53.15 Health Regen: 7.6 (+0.5 per Level) -> 16.1 Mana Regen: 6.5 (+0.7 per Level) -> 18.1 Attack Speed: 0.625 % Attack Range: 125.0

Passive: Death Rattle Nearby enemies below 40% Health are revealed when nearby Aibell and lose 5/10/15 Magic Resistance.

Q: Final Destination Range: 500 Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 Mana Cooldown: 14/12/10/8/6 seconds Aibell dashes to a nearby enemy, dealing 50/80/110/140/170 magic damage (+50% bonus AP) and 6/8/10/12/14% of the target's missing health.

W: Rest in Peace Range: 800 Cost: 90 Mana Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 With a haunting melody, Aibell calls her foes to her death. After 1 second, all enemies in a cone walks towards her harmlessly, slowed by 25% for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. She deals 35/50/65/80/95 magic damage (+50% bonus AP) to all in the cone.

E: Mortal Agony Range: 400 Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 Mana Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds With an agonized shriek, Aibell shows her victim all the pain and agony offered in the land of the living. She deals 70/120/170/220/270 magic damage (+4/5/6/7/8 of target's maximum health and + 25% bonus AP).

R: Swan Song Range: Global Cost: 100/150/200 Mana Cooldown: 150/125/100 seconds Upon activation, Aibell reveals and highlights all enemy champions and after channeling for 3.5 seconds, teleports to one at 40% Health or lower. She deals magic damage equal 10% of their missing health (+30% AP). If she doesn’t jump to anybody, the cooldown is reduced by 20%.

Lore Legend tells of a haunting woman, a figure who will sometimes appear to those near death. Her haunting melody calls to them, promising them rest in the world beyond. Despite her promises of peace, some have refused her call, returning to the land of the living to tell such tales. Many have passed them off as manifesting fears of those standing before Death's door, but the stories are very much true. Aibell has diligently served her duty as a guide for Death for centuries but she can no longer sit idle at the blasphemy of the Shadow Isles. Granted a temporary return, she hunts down those who would escape the clutches of Death, cutting out the discordant notes in the harmony of life.

Release Skin:

  • Masquerade Aibell (fanciful ball gown accompanied with a cracked porcelain mask)

Moving _-The end approaches. -None outrun Death. -We were not meant to rise. -Stay in your graves. -They shall be claimed. -My rest awaits. -All songs end. -The harmony shall be restored. _

Attacking -The bell still tolls. -You are called. -Lend your song below! -Let me free you. -Your note is but a half-beat. -Go. Peace awaits. -Hear my song!

Jokes _-Pass peacefully in sleep, as my grandfather. Not screaming, like the passengers in his carriage. -Back in my day, when people died, they stayed dead. None of this wishy-washy coming back stuff. -Fear not the Reaper, for, in the end, there shall be - wait. Where's my cowbell? _

Taunts -The curtain's are closing, Deathsinger. And there stands no call for an encore. (against enemy Karthus) -You are off-key. The discordant notes shall be silenced. (against any enemy undead champions) -Even the most beautiful melodies must come to an end. You are no different. -The bell has been rung! Come and face your end!

Upon using R: Swan Song -The bell has tolled. Your song ends.

NOTES: So, another character. Aibell was primarily inspired by banshees and sirens (and takes her name from a ruler of the former) and, as a weapon, she would use her hands, which would lengthen into claws whenever she attacked. The scaling might be a bit high on her ultimate and I'm a little iffy on it in general, but problems arising from it are easily addressed. I envisioned her as one of the early people of Runeterra though after the development of culture. Bells are a recurring theme for her and she would likely have a bracelet of small bells about an ankle, pretty much a Ghungroo. Oh, and while only Karthus and Mordekaiser are listed as her rivals, she doesn't have a lot of sympathy for any undead - they're simply the most flagrantly abusive of the system of those she's encountered.

Anyway, please let us know your thoughts and criticisms!

EDIT!!! So, I have a friend who is working on producing some art for my characters, but it might be a bit and I dislike using stuff that I don't have any right touching. Until then, please settle for this description, which I will include in future posts until I have pictures!

DESCRIPTION: Thick, dark locks coils about a face thinned and turned a ghastly green by death, but has found in it a touch of unearthly beauty. Her frame is supple and she moves with a dancer's grace, each barefooted step accompanied by the ringing of bells circled about ankles. A simple shirt skirts about smooth, rounded shoulders, thick sleeves ending shortly after her elbows while its hem reveals scant few inches of lean abdomen before the gauzy wrap about her waist. A long slit runs up the side of her dress, allowing her freedom of movement as she seems to glide over the ground. Delicate fingers turn into ethereal blades and her gentle yet stern visage adopts an aspect of terror, her mouth growing impossibly wide as she calls those whose bell has tolled to Death.

[EDIT] Changed Aibell's ult to briefly reveal all enemy champions before allowing her to jump to one at low health. If there isn't one, it's cooldown is reduced.
