[I'm relatively new to League, but I love writing and character design, so I've got a couple ideas I wanted to post. If anybody has any pointers or complaints, feel free to fire them at me. Like I said, I'm still figuring this out. Please, lemme know your thoughts!]

HADWYN, THE GATHERING FORCE Gangway! Big boss, comin' through!

Gender: Male Race: Human Birthplace: Bilgewater Residence: Bilgewater Occupation: Crime Boss (formerly Pirate) Faction: Bilgewater Allies: None Enemies: Miss Fortune, Gangplank

Role: Support/Tank

Health: 556.7 (+85 per Level) -> 2,001 Mana: 265.5 (+40 per Level) -> 945 Attack Damage: 55.85 (+3.25 per Level) -> 111.1 Move Speed: 345.0 Armor: 28.38 (+3 per Level) -> 79.38 Magic Resist: 28.0 (+1 per Level) -> 45 Health Regen: 8.2 (+.8 per Level) -> 21.8 Mana Regen: 5.5 (+.5 per Level) -> 14 Attack Speed: 0.625 (+2% per Level) Attack Range: 125.0

Passive: Momentum While moving, Hadwyn builds stacks of Momentum, maxing out at 100. He gains a shield based on his Momentum stacks, maxing at 100/150/200. If he stops or is slowed, he begins to lose Momentum. If he has full Momentum and is hit by an effect that would inflict crowd control, he loses all Momentum stacks and negates any crowd control dealt to him.

Q: Ball and Chain Range: 1,000 Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 Mana Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 Hadwyn fires a cannonball in a line, knocking back all enemies hit by the attack and dealing 70/100/130/160/190 (+50% AD). Enemies that collide with each other are slowed by 25/30/35/40/45% for 2 seconds.

W: Keep Up Range: 550 Cost: 60 Mana Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 Components of Hadwyn’s armor fly to a nearby ally, boosting their movement speed by 30/40/50/60/70% and giving them 10/20/30/40/50 (+25% Armor) Armor for 3 seconds. If Hadwyn moves 1,500 units away from the affected ally before the end of the ability, the components return to him and the effect ends.

E: Pave the Way Range: 600 Cost: 65/70/75/80/85 Mana Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Hadwyn charges forth, dealing 55/100/145/190/235 physical damage (+50% bonus AD) and pushing aside all in his path. For 4 seconds, allied champions following his trail gain a 20/30/40/50/60% Movement Speed Boost.

R: Kill Haul Range: 750 Cost: 150 Mana Cooldown: 100/80/60 Hadwyn's movement speed increases by 45/60/75% as he grabs an enemy champion and carries them for 1/1.5/2 seconds. He can be guided slightly by clicking during this time. At the end of his run, he slams the enemy champion into the ground, dealing 150/250/350 physical damage (+50% bonus AD). If he runs into any terrain by the end of his run, the target is stunned for 1 second.

Lore It's a thin line between avoiding notice and making a living. After his first captain was slain by Gangplank and the second was captured by the bounty hunter, Miss Fortune, Hadwyn swore to walk that fine line after taking control of the latter's ship. However, his balance teetered when a raid upon a Zaunite ship uncovered a suit of Hextech armor. Taking the armor for himself, he studied its uses, mastering it, before turning his attention inwards, towards dry land. With the pirates and their hunters busy upon the sea and in the harbors, he sought conquest of the Blue Flame Islands. Emboldened by the armor, he began to build a criminal empire, selling his ship and turning his crew towards his new plot. Well aware that his course will lead him to a collision with the champions of Bilgewater, Hadwyn has no intent of slowing down or holding back for anybody or anything, ever again.

Release Skin: • Speedster (much sleeker design with wheels for feet and a blue/white color scheme)

Moving -One side, one side! -Hoo-yeah! -Look out, boys! -Nothin' can stop me. Nothin'! -Follow these footsteps! -Feel the ground shakin'? That's me! -Upward n' forward - only directions on my compass! -Lead, follow, or - actually, just git outta my way. -Sometimes, you gotta make your own way. -Move or git moved.

Attacking -Crunch! Ahaha! -Yuck. Gotta scrape him off my boot. -Stay outta underfoot, yah stay alive! -Yah wanna scrap, brah? -Shoot first - I'll hit last. -I'mma trawl right over yah. Over all of yah! -Hit hard, hit fast. -I make the rules.

Jokes -All right, all right. I got one. Why couldn't the kids go see the play about pirates? It was rated 'aaarrrrrrr!'

Taunts _-Nice to see you! That's gonna be the last time anybody ever says that to yah. _

NOTES: So, I'm a little iffy on this guy. Mostly with his ult, so I really need some feedback on that. Anyway, Hadwyn is supposed to be a support with a focus on movement and mobility while playing a bit aggressively. And I thought Bilgewater was in need of some more champions directly allied with it, so pirate-turned-crime-boss-in-power-armor was made! This was actually the first character I came up with, but he needed some major rework. First, he was too aggressive (his passive built damage for his next auto-attack instead of a shield) and then he was too much like Alistar (stomping around and such), but I think I reached a nice balance. Also, sharks recently became a subtle motif of his because they never stop moving, which he admires. Oh! Before I forget, he reaches full momentum in the time it takes him too travel from the edge of one base to the other, traveling down the middle lane without interruption. Please give me your thoughts!

DESCRIPTION: A metallic goliath of gunmetal grey towers over all in his vicinity, the humanoid suit of armor releasing periodic bursts of steam from pipes jutting from its back. Components whirl and hum beneath the armor and eyes glow and pulse in the helm that resembles the prow of a ship. Towering pauldrons are emblazoned with the image of a skeletal shark, its toothy maw wide open. Clutched in one of the massive claws is a cannonball and a chain rattles, extending from the palm as the weapon thuds against the ground. Despite its daunting size, the suit has an athletic, almost sleek, intent to its design that becomes more obvious as the behemoth picks up speed.

[EDIT] Reworked his ult because it was taking the target out of the fight for too long. Renamed it, too, since it's former name was already the name of Malphite's ult. Now, it's a pun! And those make everything better.
