Lokis, the Trickster of Shurima
P - Soul of Shurima Piles of Sand spawn occasionally around Lokis. Upon gathering the Pile of Sand, he gains a Desert Stack up to a max of 15 stacks. Critical Strikes spawn a nearby Pile of Sand. He gains 2% Max Health Shield for each stack and gains 10-25% Damage Reduction and 15-30% Out-of-Combat (with Champion, turrets, and large Monsters) Movement Speed for as long as the Shield lasts. Spells and killing monsters will drop a Pile of Sand. Killing a champion automatically gives you 3 Desert Stacks. Loses a stack for each 2% Max Health of the shield lost. Loses 2% Max Health of the shield for each stack lost.
Q - Desert Wind Active: Summons a desert field that lasts for 4/6/8/10/12 seconds and is able to blink 325 units for as long as Lokis is in the field. The field leaves as soon as Lokis leaves it or the time runs out. Costs 1 Desert Stack each blink.
Cooldown: 8/12/16/20/24
W - Critical Magic Toggle: Critical Strikes stun champions and Monsters for .5 seconds. Costs 1 Desert Stack each time you stun.

Passive: Critical Strikes lower the cooldown of all basic spells by 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. Basic Attacks that do not Critically Strike increases your Critical Chance by 1% until you Critically Strike.
E - Pickpocket Active: Get increased Attack Speed by 15/20/25/30/35% for 3 seconds. Critically Striking will increase the duration by .5 seconds up to 6 seconds. Each Critical Strike during this duration will give you 6 gold. Each attack against a champion during this duration gives you 1 gold. Cooldown starts after the duration is over. Costs 2 Desert Stacks.

R - Sandstorm Mirage Toggle: Starts with 1 point already in this ability. Max of 4 points. Critical Strikes against champions give invisibility for 1 second and consumes a Desert Stack with a 1 second cool down after becoming visible. Gain 5/10/15/20% Critical Chance. Gain 5/20/35/50% increased Critical Damage.
