Skarner's Passive

Skarner was the first champion I had really enjoyed. I first saw him when he was in the free rotation back in the beginning of Season 4 which is where I started. He was very fun and I was able to do anything with him until the latest update to him and the removal of mana pots. Don't get me wrong I really enjoy the new update. He might need a little visual update, but that's a different discussion. He is specifically stuck to the jungle. He is too squishy and mana hungry in every other role early game. Now, his passive, the Crystal Spires, I was thinking you could either change the location of the ones near Dragon and Baron/Rift Harold to the top lane and bot lane corners. Then he would have easier ganks in lane and he would be able to top lane or support. Or you just have a littler spire both top and bot corners that only give half the Attack Speed, Mana Regen, and Movement Speed. It would make a champion that is rarely used viable again. His current kit is great. The only thing is he lacks fighting in lane before level 6. I hope you consider this to a great amount because I really like Skarner. He was my first Rank 5 mastery and I own all his skins (which Sandscourge might need the visual update I mentioned before).
