Please Don't Nerf Skarner into Obilivion
If and when you decide that Skarner is too strong of a champion, please do not ruin him so much that he is unplayable (like what you did to Malzahar). Please try to make him more of a Tank and not much of the Fighter he is currently being played as. For example, lower his passive that he gets when he hit's a champion that was hit by his E and get rid of the Cool Down from hitting enemies with the E. That will make him not as much of a Fighter that will one-shot an enemy, but it will still be viable for a tank.
