[SCCC] Introduction! Please give thoughts!!

Hello! I betcha no-one here knows me, but I am a League player who has been talking with his friends about stupid champion concepts. On that note I also regularly participate in SirArmaMalum's Champion Concept Competition, so I thought- "Hey! Why not make a champion competition but for completely idiotic champion design!"
Currently the prize is just a congratulations + bragging rights, but eventually it could grow to something bigger and better! (depends 
)
The overview is this- Create a unique champion that is *logically broken (what does that even mean), has a unique and completely strange kit and basically be as creative and stupid as possible. Each month there will be a "broad" theme which gives you a few bonus points, but you don't really have to follow them if you don't want to :).
Criteria:
Stupidness: -/10 Creativity: -/10 Originality: -/10 Kit Cohesion (Yes unfortunately there still must be some sort of cohesion in the kit): -/10
Lore is actually optional but is recommended. *Since the prize is small, and the criteria is fudged (purposely) you don't necessarily have to put a lot of effort into the kit if you don't want to. :P
In essence this is just a little competition I'm planning to run every month for the less "hardcore" or "lazier" champion designers :D.
Please give your thoughts so I can tweak and improve this contest before its July opening!
