Xerath was supposed to get the Ultimate Skin. The Sona one isn't even legendary quality.

Ionic looks cool, but too... Refined for a guy born of chaotic energy. Voidborn is something that too many characters are having, wouldn't really give him originality. I do agree that he needs a new one though, possibly something along the lines of pre-energy Xerath or something as a legendary skin.
