It's an item that allows tanks to hurt squishies for auto attacking them. We don't have anything like it in the game, so I feel like we need it. I'll call it... thornmail. I even drew a picture of what the icon should look like:

Passive- Thornmail Whenever an enemy unit auto attacks, reflect back 20%(+.3 bonus armor) of the damage as magic damage.
Passive- Anti-silver thorns Upon taking true damage that exceeds 10% of HP, deal 100%(+50% of CS) of the attacker's HP in true damage. Should the attacker be an enemy Vayne or Fiora, increase the attacker's ping by 50,000 for 25 minutes

The second passive is absolute genius, though.
