Nocturne Rework Concept
Nocturne, the Eyes in the Dark
Role: Assassin
Position(s): Top, Jungle, Mid
Pros: High Damage, CC, Utility Cons: Squishy, requires perfect timing, less mobile than other assassins
Deadly Nightmare (New Passive): If Nocturne uses an ability against an enemy, they gain a stack of Death Stare for 4 seconds. At 3 stacks, the enemy suffers 18 (+7 per level)(+15% bonus AD) bonus physical damage, heals Nocturne for 50% of the bonus damage dealt and gets feared for 1 (+0.25 at the levels 4, 7, 10 and 13) seconds.
Additionally, Nocturne gains 335 bonus movement speed when moving towards feared enemies.
Duskbringer (Adjusted Q): Active: Nocturne sends out a shadow hand that leaves a Dusk Trail on its path, dealing physical damage to all enemies it passes through and causing all enemy champions hit to also leave a Dusk Trail behind their movement for 5 seconds.
While on Dusk Trail, Nocturne ignores unit collision, gains bonus movement speed and his next basic ability gets empowered.

Shroud of Darkness (Adjusted W): Active: Nocturne gains a spell shield for 1.5 seconds.
Blocking an ability grants Nocturne bonus AD for 6 seconds and the enemy gains a stack of Death Stare (These benefits cannot stack).
Dusk Trail Bonus: The spell shield holds until Nocturne leaves the Dusk Trail.

Hopelessness (New E): Passive: Nocturne gains bonus attack speed.
Active: Nocturne releases darkness out of his body, dealing magic damage to all surrounding enemies while gaining a shield for each enemy hit for 6 seconds. Hopelessness deals bonus magic damage based of the stacks of Death Stare.
Dusk Trail Bonus: The bonus attack speed is doubled and Hopelessness deals bonus physical damage.

Paranoia (Adjusted R): Active: Nocturne nearsights all enemies.
While Paranoia is active, Nocturne can reactive it to dash unstoppably to the target enemy, dealing them physical damage and applying 2 stacks of Death Stare.
