Rumble, Yordle on Wheels

I was wondering if Riot would ever allow Rumble's machine to have a Wheel instead of its two legs. I was wondering if it was possible? Well. After seeng the new Blitzcrank skin i believe!!!. For anyone who has played The Underrated Game (Rocket Robot on Wheels) you can see where i am going with this.

Ability Textures.

Q: Rocket the Robot shoots Ice out of his Little beam..hole.....thing. So. Little particles of ice Would Come out for his Q.

W: For the Speedboost I would imagine Rumble's Machine sprouting little Bat wings like in the Game Rocket:ROW

E: For this skins Left arm it would be somewhat like the Paint cannon As in the Game rocket Robot on Wheels. and would shoot different colors of paint.

R: i actually have no idea..i mean i am sure there is A pretty cool animation that can be put in. but if riot Sees this then im sure they would figure it out (Plz notice me Riot)

The Robot itself would Have the Form and Colors of Rocket. His left arm would be the Paint Cannon as shown below. and his Right Arm would be a pretty neat looking Red,yellow, and blue Tunnle for the Q. Legs would be a wheel, Boom.

Oh, and Rumble would be Racoon looking.. idk..
