Eon, the Traveler (champion concept)

Short Insite:
Eon is an Alien who has crossed the universe in search of meaning for himself. He is psychic and uses it to salk and observe others while trying to learn about the planets he visits.
Longer Lore: (This was writen super fast so it needs work, but that's next time.)
Born a slave on Planet Zuron, Eon was forced to the fields of Quetzal. There he would be tasked with harvesting and mining Earthamite, a mineral enriched by the flow of Vakson under the planet's surface. Vakson was a liquid which was too toxic for one to directly query into a vein, so instead they would allow the fields to be enriched by it and would harvest the soil. Then it would be sent to the processing plant to be chemically stabilized and extracted, at which point the leftover metal, Earthamite, was used in military weapons and the Vakson extract sent off to the elite.
The Elite where those of the Neronion's whose psy powers were at a tier 5 or higher stage. The planet's inhabitants were all psychically gifted individuals, but those among them whose psy levels didn't meet the standard were sent to the fields as failed creations. As for those whose psy powers were seen as superior or at a tier 5 level were given blessed lives. They would lounge around all day working on and developing their power and prowess. They would use the Vakson extract for subtle boosts in psy levels, granting them new powers and a higher consciousness.
Elites lived in floating cities which were technological Mecca’s. Anything and everything they wanted was theirs. They used and abused every privilege they could. Those of the lower tier, or Emits, were kept down below in the toxic waste lands.The rest of the inhabitants were slaves. Tier 0 through tier 4 were forced into the most dangerous and unwanted jobs. Eon was born Tier 0, or the expendable tier, a Neronion with no psychic ability. The fields were too toxic to cross and so they sent out the weakest and those who were deemed to be unwanted.

The tier of psy a Neronion was on was gaged by the wavelength and mental fluctuations emitted. Then a test of ability was done and measured and those whose powers were ruled top tier were given anything they wanted. The highest Tier was Alpha Elite. The ruler of Zuron. His name was Quazar. The first and only one to reach a Tier 10 Elite. His power alone granted him right to rule the planet.
Eon worked in the toxic fields for years until his physical form started to deteriorate. Having no psy abilities he was powerless to fight his fate in life. Those who reach the point of no return were taken and thrown to die in the pits under the Emit city, being too intoxicated from the radiation of the Vakson to live with anyone in society. Eon was to be taken there the next day. He had fallen and could no longer endure the work. He was still young even for a Vakson worker, but his body was giving out. He had hoped for more out of life and cursed everything. As the guards came to take him away, he suddenly felt a surge of pain shoot up his spine. His head pounded and his body felt like it was on fire.
Suddenly Eon stood up. He was amazed to find himself feeling fine. No radiation burns. No pain from all the labor. His psy powers were activating. He suddenly flung himself skyward with his new found power. It only so rarely happened after birth, Eon’s powers activated. But It was against Zuron’s laws for anyone to develop powers after birth for it was determined to be unnatural. So Quazar ordered the capture and execution of Eon. But Eon’s powers proved too much for the armed forces.
Soon the Elites were summoned to bring Eon down, but to no avail. Eon’s powers were far stronger than they could handle. Tier after Tier of Elites chased and tried to bring Eon down, but they couldn’t. Eon only wanted to be left in peace and enjoy his new found freedom, but knew he couldn’t. Soon Quazar decided to Face Eon himself. Under the command of Quazar, the strongest psy users went to battle against Eon. the battle was fierce and lasted hours, but only Eon stood atop the pile of Elites after the battle. He had proven too strong. Refusing to stay on the planet any longer than he need to, he surrounded himself in psy energy and flew off to the far reaches.
He is a flying champions
I want a champion who can fly, but move like a grounded champion. Currently all flying champions are so lackluster in their movement that its really ugly; Syndra, malzahar etc. TI want one who can fly around but not look so bad.

He uses no mana, psychic energy isn't magic
Passive:
Silent Stalker
Anytime Eon is not visible and near by, enemy champions fall asleep for 2 seconds. If they are attacked this is nulled out. This gives him time to escape if someone nears him. +50 move speed if out of battle and in jungle. He's an Alien he needs to be fast as not to be seen. Both of the Passives only work if he is out of sight for 15-20 seconds. So even if he is not in battle, but is seen, the passive no longer works. So if you are following him and have had vision on him for 15-20 you won't be affected. But should he outplay you and you lose him, Then you are on your own.
Q: Psychic force
Shoots out a ball/wave of psychic energy which hits champions and knocks them back.
W:
Kinetic pull/push
A skillshot, which if hit can push or pull an enemy champion/ minion/ or allied champion in any direction for a few seconds.
E:
Mental block
Shields himself from all damage for a few seconds. Sort of puts a shield in front of him, but it's on him only and not on the ground. anyone behind him won't be hit, but if the enemy is behind him he can still take damage.
I'm having trouble with his ultimate, but if anyone has suggestions please post!.
R:
Mental foresight
meditates in place while flying and brings down a meteorite from space and to his location, Then the player can control the direction of the meteorite until it find someone to hit, can only be countered if he is killed or chooses to end the control over the meteorite. He does not get full map view so he has to follow the meteorite and can't see himself. So if anyone is near him he can be killed easily if you don't have good control.

Mind control
Aims a shot at a champions and takes control of them. The enemy champion then loses the ability to type, or ping. Eon is in control of the champion and can do anything and use any of his moves. He isn't hurt by his own turret nor the enemies either. This leaves Eon's body exposed and anyone can kill him because the camera will focus the controlled enemy champion.

Mental upgrade
This boosts his powers. His Q blast gets an upgrade into a giant black. His W can pick up more than one person. HisE and shield a lot more for longer.
