[Champion Concept] Scoots the Selfish Shellfish

TL;DR - Pet of a pirate, pirate found a magic box, pirate died, crab got in the magic box, crab got magic, crab wants gold.
Scoots was an average pet scuttle crab to a long forgotten pirate. Scoots' master's greed stretched far and wide across Runeterra's oceans. One day, his master, bloodied and broken from battle, held victory in his hands as he collapsed onto his newly acquired treasure chest. Barely able to breath, Scoot's master opened the chest, revealing the legendary golden Midaeum pendant that seemed to glow in the chest. Scoots scuttled over to his master, and with a chuckle, his master said, "Scoots me boy, looks like all my treasure belong to you now..." Scoots was placed into the chest with the pendant, his master then collapsed closing the chest as he died, his body still clutching the, now broken, key.
Scoots then sat, and waited, doing nothing but looking at the pendant. Over the years in the box, Scoots grew in size, but never once looked away from the pendant. Till one day, he reached out and grabbed the pendant, holding it in his claws. Suddenly, for the first time in Scoot's life, he felt, alive. Scoot's legs and claws burst from the sides of the chest, he looked around at what once was his master's horde of treasure, now an empty cave, but lay there besides him was the bones of his once beloved master. With the desire to claim what his master had left him, with the chest still surrounding his shell, Scoot's sets off into the world, wanting to reclaim his master's treasure.
Melee Support/Tank
Passive - Ooo! Shiny! - Increases movement speed for a short time whenever bonus gold is gained.
Q - Gimme! - Scoots clamps and roots a target for a second while he "pickpockets" bonus gold from them. Damage is mixed and scales off ad and ap.
W - Ok, I wait - passive - After a few seconds, Scoots burrows into the underbrush, making him invisible to enemies, even if they are in the bush. Active - Scoots withdraws into his shell/chest, decreasing his movement speed but greatly increasing his defense.
E - I need this! - Scoots roots in place for a few seconds and stores the next ranged attack or ranged ability projectile he crosses paths with, from an enemy champion, in his chest. No wait, you have it. - Activating this again will release the projectile in a target direction, for XX% of it's original damage and/or effect.
R - Gold is mine! - For several seconds Scoot's golden pendant begins to shine and his melee basic attacks are increased to ranged attacks. His basic attacks now apply a stack of "Gold" to his targets, and when the stack fills, the targets are completely suppressed for a few seconds as they turn into golden statues. Damage is mixed and scales off ad and ap.
Skin ideas - Buccaneer Scoots, he holds a pirate cutlass in his claw, he has an eye patch and his chest is replaced by a giant pirate hat or a tiny pirate ship, and his E animation makes it look like the projectile was fired out of the tiny ship's tiny cannons.
Harrowing Scoots - His chest is replaced by a skull, a coffin and a pumpkin, and it switches between them upon death, or when he burrows. And when he burrows, a little grave stone pops up and it looks like he is a fresh grave plot. Also, his ult turns his opponents into decrepit stone statues, as oppose to golden ones.
