champion concepts (assassins)
just wanna put in my 2 cents on a champion id want in the game. a ninja or hooded criminallike assassin character with a dagger that has stealth and is weaker early, but if he manages to outplay with mobility and windows of opppurtinity, he becomes a monster later. now this used to be my main talon but he got gutted so forget about him
a potential abilty build i could think of is
q slices his dagger in a cone forward. hitting it on the outer cone will apply lifesteal and bonus ms, while the lower cone deals more dmg w- sinks into his hood going into stealth for 2.5 secs. upon leaving his next aa will do bonus dmg scaling up to a crit with abilty lvl e-blinks to a target, ampifyinh his aa dg to that target/resets on kill/assist r encompasses a target in a number of floating magical blades. moving on a blade will cause him to pick it up , granting his next aa bonus dmg passive-after using any ability his next basic attack grants him bonus range
hed prob have to be nerfed to make it work but id like to see something simmilar, or soe type of spammale dash (no yasuo only 2 to 4 times) that resets based on dodging abilities with it or something
