This is my second time creating a Support. What do you guys think, Is it good? Balanced? \

Name: Supremo “The Shield of Bandle City”

Passive: Isolation- If there is an enemy target that is on a killing spree, Supremo Isolates them by bonding with them and taking them to any location within 1500 range of Supremo’s initial location. If Supremo takes his target beyond 1500 range then his Target is immediately transported to his previous location. If the enemy target kills Supremo, then the target also dies, if Supremo kills the target, Supremo also dies. [30 second cooldown]

[Q] Bandle City Nugget- Supremo takes out his magical nugget, giving all allies within 300 range of him [5/10/15/20/35] bonus gold for each minion killed by an ally for (3/5/7/9/11) seconds. [15/13/12/11/9 Second Cooldown][50/65/70/90/95 Mana]

[W] Yordle Shield of Justice- Supremo Throws a small coin on an ally within 400 range of him and Jumps to his ally when casting this skill a second time. his ally is granted a shield that absorbs [50/100/200/300/500 damage] for 3 seconds. [20/18/16/15/14 Second Cooldown][70/75/80/85/90 Mana]

[E] Detonating Ball- Supremo tosses a small ball that bounces on 3 minions before being set or he can throw it on the ground within (400/500/600/650/700) range of him.If the enemy steps on it immediately within 1 seconds, it is deactivated and they get 30 gold for deactivating it. It remains on the ground for 5 seconds, For every second that goes by the ball grows and deals even more magic damage= (Timex15 Magic Damage). Holds 3 Charges. [15/14/13/12/10 second cooldown][80 Mana at all ranks]

[R] Bandle City Star- If this Ultimate is activated, all allies with less critically low health becomes untargetable for 3 seconds and are healed by 5% of their missing per second. Supremo can Dash to only one of his untargetable ally at a global range by pressing R again. all enemy champions that attack Supremo are stunned for (0.75/1.25/1.75 seconds). [180/150/120 Second Cooldown][150 Mana]
