Lissandra Passive idea !

So i just had this idea , if Lissandra passive would be a thing like kalista , where she can link to an ally and She can Ulti that champ, cause i've seen many threads asking for Lissandra to ulti her allies , and i that would ùake her too strong , but 1 ally for passive is good , no ? that would add more options to lissandra lanes (support) and she can be more helpful to her team .
