[Champion Concept] - Arak,
Passive - Blade and Arrow
Blade - If Arak is attacking with his sword, he deals 2.5% of his maximum health every 3rd hit
Arrow - If Arak is attacking with his crossbow, he deals 1.5% of the targets maxium health every 2nd hit (His crossbow has an ammo capacity of 4 before having to reload for 1.5 - 0.75 seconds (based on level)
Arak Also doesn't use mana.
Q - Holy Might/Holy Arrows - CD 9/8/7/6/5
Blade Arak charges his blade with holy energy, for the next 4 attacks Arak deals bonus damage and on the 4th Attack Arak knocks his target back 150 units.
Bonus Magic Damage: 15/30/45/60/75 (+%25 AP)
Crossbow - Range: 600 Arak calls down fire from the heavens, dealing physical damage around him, for every remaining arrow Arak applies Smitten (max 4 times).
Physical Damage: 50/100/150/200/250 (+30% Total AD).
Smitten - Basic attacks against Smitten targets deal bonus damage. (10/20/30/40/50 (+20% AD))
W - Holy Barrier/Holy Mark - CD 20/19/18/17/16
Passive - Arax gains 2/4/6/8/10% Resistance too all damage (apart from true)
Blade - Range 500 (Hexagon shape) Arax creates a holy barrier, enemy units that walk past the walls of the barrier are slowed by 80% for 1 second, inside the barrier Arax gains movement speed and attack speed. The Barrier lasts 5 seconds.
Movement Speed: 20%/25%/30%/45%/50%
Attack Speed: 10%/15%/25%/30%/35%
Crossbow - Skill Shot - Range 700 Arax shoots a holy bolt stopping at the first enemy hit dealing damage, this enemy is hit 3 times by Holy Bolts
Physical Damage: 40/60/80/100/120 (+70% Bonus AD)
Holy Bolts - Random arrows hit an enemy dealing true damage based on Arax's damage 5%/10%/15%/20%/25% total AD
E - Charge/Retreat - CD 16/14/12/10/8
Blade Arax jumps forward, and swings his blade dealing physical damage, and slowing all targets hit by the blade by 20% for 2 seconds, if they are hit by the fuller (thick portion) of the blade they are slowed by 70% for 2 seconds but take less damage.
Jump Range: 100 - 500 (think about Olaf's Q, can choose how far)
Physical Damage 30/60/90/120/150 (+60% Total AD)
Fuller Physical Damage 20/40/60/80/100 (+50% Total AD)
Crossbow
Arax jumps backwards shooting his crossbow, dealing physical damage based on the amount of arrows he has left, if 4 arrows are left 50% of the damage dealt is true damage, applies on-hit effects x many times, consumes arrows used.
Jump Range: 500 (fixed)
Physical Damage: 20/40/60/80/100 (+45% Bonus AD)

R - Sword/Crossbow - CD 1
Blade - Arax's uses his Crossbow, his attack range changes to 600, and he now has projectile attacks and gains new abilities
Crossbow - Arax's uses his Sword, his attack range changes to 175, and he now has non-projectile attacks and gains new abilities
Sword - during this stance, Arax gains 20/30/40 Armour
Crossbow - during this stance, Arax gains 20/30/40 Magic Resistance
