I will add Basic Stats and other little bits later.

Passive - Marked By The Blade [Can only effect one target at a time] Every 10 attacks on the same target deals 10% of the target's maximum health in physical damage.

Blade's Touch Lasts for 5 seconds (Auto-Attacks to the target refreshes the duration) Q - Hits the target no matter where they are aslong there are in a 500 Range of Iato Consumes the stack

W - Applies BT

E - Applies another stack of Marked by the Blade

Q - Unsated Blade - CD 8/7/6/5/4 Iato thrusts his sword forward twice dealing damage.

1st Thrust - 300 Range and 50 Width (Line) deals 100% Damage 2nd Thrust - 300 Range 300 Width (Cone) deals 50% Damage and Slows

If cast during W's Dash, Q hits the target's hit within a 500 range of Iato.

Physical Damage: 10/20/30/40/50 (+100% AD) Slow: 20% for 2 seconds

W - Light Blade - CD 15/14/13/12/11 For 1 second Iato becomes rooted and is immune to all damage, if he takes damage he can dash 600 units towards the cursor (Like summoner 4 ) dealing damage. and applying Blade's Touch.

If he is hit by CC during the immunity the CC activates after he dashes fully.

Physical Damage: 100/125/150/175/200/225 (+ 50% AD)

E - Blade's Might - CD 6/5/4/3/2 Iato channels for up to 5 seconds dealing physical damage around him whilst channelling.

Damage: 15/25/35/45/50 (+10% AD) per 0.5 seconds


R - Wraith of my Blade - CD 110/90/70 - Range 500 Iato spins his blade at his feet, all enemies' caught in the range are knocked up for 1 second, and Iato is suspended and strikes at all the enemies in the air dealing damage. Only knocks enemies up on the third strike.

Damage 1st Strike: 50/100/150 (+25% AD) Damage 2nd/3rd Strike: 100/150/200 (+75% AD)

This is a first draft to me this seems a bit OP but I want to see if you guys/girls agree

The passive has the same problem as Irelia's E in that there is no real form of counterplay and it's not always easy to keep track. It seems like you are able to chain E with stuns from the passive which doesn't sound that healthy and the Immunity from W might need some balancing as well. Somehow I feel like the first passive and the W don't fit that well: Nothing in your kit centers around sustain or has any interactions with low health so it feels a bit tagged on. Since the rest of the kit is all about keeping close to the enemy with Q and E the W seems like a free out of jail card.
