[Ward Skin Idea] Void Wards

If your playing Vel'Koz with said skin, anytime his places a Void , he will say, "My sees ALL!" or if warding and someone is spotted because of it, "I see You!". Also the skin has to pay homage with his from his default skin being the of the ward(or it would change to match any Vel'Koz Skin if you are playing as Vel'Koz).
