Could we possibly get runes for armor pen negation?
Stacking armor against an adc that hits you 2-3 times a second late game literally lets most adc's solo the tank let alone anyone else by accident (Ruaans Hurricane)
You guys allow Crit runes, Armor pen runes, Magic pen runes the list goes on.
So far all the runes introduced have been for stats you can increase through items; if they haven't already introduced a counter to armor penetration as a stat as opposed to a "unique passive", then it probably wouldn't see life as a rune.
i have an idea for runes...
get rid of them... and masteries too and play champs with base stats and that can only be enhanced by items in game and balance the game around that
