Undyne, the Wings of Freedom

Edit: I know it's late, but I just realized the title doesn't suit him.

My idea for his lore is he could be a young Piltover inventor who wants to impress Jayce, therefore he invented several gadgets that might interest his idol. As for what he's invented, well there's plenty of options for that.

Passive - WATCH out!: Undyne's watch fires a laser at the first enemy champion to enter its radius, dealing a small amount of damage.

Q - Future Glasses: Undyne's glasses analyze the map, telling him the cooldown of one random enemy's summoner spells. (This could be changed to a different cooldown.)

E - Tripwire: Undyne attaches a wire to a nearby wall. The tripwire changes color to camouflage itself. If an enemy walks into the wire, they fall down, stunning them for a second.

R - Full Body Armor: Undyne flips the switch, covering his body with hextech armor temporarily and gaining 20% movement speed. While the armor is on, Undyne's basic attacks have reduced range and are empowered. Also, WATCH out!'s cooldown is reduced.
