Thought this pretty sweet champ up before hitting the sack. His concept makes for him to be a pretty clutch AOE marksmen, he's complex enough to were mastering him would be very rewarding, but simple enough for most players to pick him up and do well. So let's begin with a character summery then we'll go into his skill overview.

Luger was born in Bilgewater and abandoned by his mother who was a pub wench. In his infancy he was picked up by a band of pirates. Growing up with the pirates, Luger learned a variety of skills and experienced many things. Unlike the other pirates he wasn't much of a brute, so hand to hand combat wasn't his forte. He utilized a single pistol with a long barrel for its precision, power, and distance making shots. As his combative skills developed he became a more agile, intuitive, and focused marksmen. Fighting among pirates and other rapscallions at sea also meant he had to fight instinctively and with cunning trickery. After many years he became bored of his occupation as a pirate and began a more glory filled career as a hired gun. Soon after taking on many foes he desired a better challenge for his primed and honed skills as a shooter. He sought out the League and joined of his own volition.

Pretty cool, huh? Alright let's take a look at his skills.

PASSIVE: Dueling Draw/Holster Every 3 seconds when Luger is not currently attacking an enemy or neutral unit he will holster his pistol Upon Luger's first basic attack of drawing his pistol he gains a significant amount of attack speed

Q: Trick Shot Luger fires a long and penetrating shot that does less damage as it goes through more enemies This shot bounces up to three times when hitting terrain instead of passing through it Trick Shot's damage increases with every bounce

W: Caltrops Luger throws down a plot of caltrops dealing damage upon every caltrop hit

E: Vigilance Luger's keen instincts allow him to dodge incoming projectiles for a very short duration Whenever an attack is dodged Luger gains a short burst of movement speed (This does not apply to area of effect skill shots, or point and click spells)

R: Bullet Bomb Luger places an explosive that lasts up to five minutes He may hold up to 2 bombs at a time and place up to 4 Luger may set off the explosive with an auto attack or with Trick Shot When the explosive detonates it does area of effect damage The explosive force pushes back an enemy unit a short distance and slows for a short duration Passive: The cooldown of Vigilance is increased by a percentage when Luger's pistol is holstered

So that's Luger. I felt he was a really cool champion design that I wanted to share with the League community. I hope you enjoy him as much as I did when conceptualizing him.

We already have 3 gunslingers from Bilgewater, and another would kinda be redundant. Plus, his kit seems like a mix of Graves and Ziggs with a less versatile version of Teemo's shrooms.

I really don't see that. He's an immobile adc that has a kit that gives him a bonus for trading with other adc's when it comes to auto attacks, and his kit is more towards corridor fighting. I should have specified that his bombs are mines, they are explosives that trigger at the end of their duration or when he attacks them. Playing against this guy in the jungle would be difficult because he has a lot of controlled and sustained damage in tight spots. When laning he doesn't have amazing poke, but he has great wave push. Graves has to dash in on his opponents before attacking, opening a window to trade for him and his enemies. Ziggs, is a high poke champ with relatively ok aoe. Teemo is nothing but a counter play champ with decent dot. Luger's lore is always suggestible to change, but his kit feels balanced and unique. Not many other champs have a ults that interact with the rest of their kit in actual gameplay. I imagined a funny scenario were Luger places his bombs in drag and instead of last hitting it from behind the safety of the wall he snipes into the opening with his q and the shot bounces dealing its damage and exploding the bombs doing decent damage to the enemies in the pit, and interfering with them getting drag.
