When was the last time yi has been patched or reworked?

I'm a climbing bronzie. It's taken me a while to get to my skill level in league. I can comfortably say I'm better than most bronze to gold players. I've played plat leveled ranking and I see my skills are either sub-par or slightly at level with the other players. But it's very very very annoying seeing a Yi come into play. Anyone who's in bronze can understand that other bronze players fail to work together, most of the time, in champ select. When Yi is chosen the team has to build around him to counterplay him. But this isn't likely in my elo. Even when seeing others of a higher skill cap play against Yi I see them losing to him due to his lack of skill needed to play him. He's annoying in both team fight heavy comps and skirmish comps. All a good Yi needs to do is wait for all the cc to go down, and champ health lowered before thoroughly cleaning up. He's an assassin that requires WAY TOO much focus to take down. Not asking for a nerf, because let's face it when he's cc locked he's trash like any other assassin. But it's high time this assassin faces the same changes others have undergone.
