@Riot would you please allow players change their in-game settings out of game.

With the current engine it's not possible...
I dunno, freezing the game for twenty seconds just to turn the sound off just has that charm, ya know?
When is the last time they did anything that makes sense?
You can change it out of game. By editing config file.
How hard is it to just go into a custom game and change your settings?
Just go in a custom and fix it. Happens to me once every few months.
