Ultimate Skin Idea: Arcade Lulu/Game Master Lulu

I really think Lulu is a great Candidate not only for the skin line but for a really amazing ultimate skin for it.

I call it Game Master Lulu and here is how it works.

The model: like the rest of the arcade line its very colorful, and Lulu is all about colors. I was thinking it could transition like a rainbow of sorts (think arcade Ahri,s tails or arcade hecs.)

Passive: Pix fires Rainbow pixels! But thats not all each time a shot is fired a cute "pew pew pew" sound is heard, either shouted by Lulu or as an actual sound effect.

Q: fires 2 rainbow colored shots that slows, the shots are always a different color from each other.

W: this is the 1st part that makes the skin ultimate because its going to take ALOT of work to do. When used on an Ally polymorph makes the ally flash rainbow as if they picked up a Mario Star power.

But when used on an Enemy they are transformed into mini 8 bit versions of themselves. Each champion would have their own unique polymorphed 8bit version of themsrlves when an enemy Lulu casts W on them. It would take a lot of time and effort like an Ultimate skin should but the results would be a skin so amazing that its a new experience every game.

E: grants an Ally a pixleated shield and Lulus passive. When cast on an Enemy a pixleated target appears above the enemies head and attacking them causes random 8bit coins to fly away from them.

Ultimate: here we go, the second part of this skin that makes it an Ultimate. When cast on self or an Ally the target becomes a giant pixleated version of themselves with the words "Raid Boss" flasing above them. Like her W each champion has their own unique 8bit sprite for this.

It would not be an easy skin to make and it would take a lot of time and money but it would be a skin so amazing it would have to be put in its own class. Each game with it would be something new and fun for both ally and enemy. A skin literally everyone can enjoy.
