I don't know how I feel about the rework until it's out, but I think since you reworked him it would have been better to change his ult. Yes teleporting is useful, but it's out dated and there is a spell for it that most to planets use anyways. I just feel a new ult would be in order, but I'm not sure yet.
I have to disagree. Shen's ult and taunt are what define him, which is why Riot kept them. Most people just don't like how his laning has changed, which is debatable. But the fact that he can teleport bot lane for a turnaround and still not lose his turret is amazing. Or, he can run ignite and have lane pressure while not losing global pressure. And the best part is, he doesn't have to rely on there being wards or minions around to help his allies.
