Cursor skins? if not option to change color of cursor

I havent bought rp in several years but I would for a leet cursor(like a hextech dagger :P), but this is more importantly about quality of life and the rare but crippling mid-fight "mouse jump"

default/legacy isnt enough, need bright orange or sumthin :P
