READ!! : I've seen Riot mention many times that a champion's skin doesn't have to be based on their lore, classic skin, and appearance. Just because in most of Leona's skin has heavy armor doesn't mean every skin should be about Heavy Armor! Skins are for players to use because it's fun!

Why Cyborg Leona?

I always see Leona's skins to be pretty bland, I feel as if all her skins share the same color harmony and it's rather boring to our eyes. I remember when Project Leona was released and a youtuber commented " Why did riot choose gray hair for leona? are they obsessed with gray hair? " and I agree with him. Why gray hair? why such a bland color? Of course the answer would be to match with her armor and lighting which is the problem.

What would Cyborg Leona make such a unique aspect to the game?

Well if you look at the art, the detail and colors are pretty simple: silver, black, and hot pink. This not only targets one specific gender audience but both female and male audience. It will be her first real feminine skin where it doesn't have to be about heavy armor with the exception of Pool Party Leona.

Wouldn't this be similar to Project Leona?

It would if they make the particles, effect, and SFX alike. If you look at Cyborg brand, it's more of a blue fire so I'm thinking that hot pink fire could be the theme of this. Since leona is the sun, I see why not have her shed some colorful fire. Picture more of a blaze than just spreading fire.

Leona is one of the few females who aren't 100% about sex appeal. I think it's awesome Riot has treated Leona, more importantly a female, this way. Pool Party Leona is perfectly effeminate without her boobs being thrown in your face like Miss Fortune. I won't downvote, bu I have to disagree with your train of thought. Leona's skin selection is perfect. (Except Defender Leona wtf is that rito)

Pool Party Leona is more of the soft feminine type don't you think?

My issue is that I think she may get confused with PROJECT Fiora. I know the silhouettes are as different as apples and oranges but the color scheme is very similar.

But I want more Leona skins. And some Leona buffs while we're at it so that she finally gets some love in the proscene.

I think armor is integral to Leona's design. While I wouldn't have a problem with this skin, I wouldn't want to get it. I'd prefer a heavily armored skin to this. That said, I love the color scheme. Black and pink or black and red would be beautiful on Leona. Black and orange as well for that matter. Or white. My only criticism of PROJECT Leona is that it's a harsh yellow color, and Leona is usually restricted to brown, gold, or yellow. Which is rather annoying.
