A WIP [Champion Concept] - Kazuum, the Forgotten God / Aspect of Chaos (I'm such an artist)
Kazuum, the Forgotten God / Aspect of Chaos is what remains of an ancient God who once wielded great power over his subjects, but has long since fallen from worship and had been completely erased from the annals of history... until now.

Once an almighty God of chaos, Kazuum struck terror into those whom opposed him. In ancient times he would travel the globe seeking peace and harmony to disrupt for his own amusement, spreading his chaos across the land like a disease. His worshipers were the source of his power, and they would be required to honor him with sacrifice and the destruction of all things sacred to another. He was unstoppable so long as he had the power of worship. After attacking the Frejord he was confronted by Anivia who fought him and lost, nearly losing her life. Realizing that he was powered almost solely by worship she devised a plan to trap and freeze all of his loyal servants. Upon succeeding, Anivia once again attacked Kazuum and this time she took him down. However, before she could land the killing blow Kazuum used the very last of his power to destroy all memory of himself. It was a risky gamble, without memory nobody could worship him and he would have little more power than a mere mortal. Now severely weakened, but still eternal, Kazuum wandered the globe slowly amassing power without drawing attention to himself or his goals. To test his powers he approached a newborn baby girl and imbued a love for chaos into her consciousness, this child would grow up to be Jinx, The Loose Cannon. Now having amassed enough power to incite his revenge on Anivia and to bring the world into chaos, Kazuum has joined the League of Legends as the final step before his re-ascension into Godhood.

Friendly Champions: 
Veigar and Shaco both admire him for his love of chaos and insanity, which they all share. While Jinx had her own love for chaos imbued into her as a child by Kazuum.
Rival Champions: 
Anivia fought with Kazuum centuries ago, and barely managed to defeat him after he attacked the Frejord.

Passive: Worship
Kazuum gains +1% tenacity (resistance to stuns, immobilizes, fears, snares, roots, and slows) for every assist he makes on a champion kill, but not if he gets the kill himself (Max 20%). Getting the final blow on an enemy champion and killing them gives Kazuum +1 health regen per second (Max 15)
Q: Confusion Range: 700 Mana Cost: 50 Cooldown: 12/10/8/6/4
A single target spell that deals 80/95/110/125/140 + 30% AP and fears the target for 0.5 seconds.

W: Hysteria Range: 700 Mana Cost: 150 Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 AoE Radius: 500
A projectile skillshot that turns into an AoE on impact with an enemy minion or champion. Projectile deals 100/110/120/130/140 +40% AP while the AoE does no damage. AoE slows by 20% and silences for 1.5 seconds, the projectile only deals damage, and the enemy hit by the projectile is not affected by the AoE.
E: Shroud Of Confusion Range: Self-targeted Mana Cost: 100/130/160/190/220 Cooldown: 24/21/18/15/12
Kazuum surrounds himself with the bolts from his Q: Confusion, spinning them around his own body rather than launching them at enemies. Increasing his armor and magic resist by 20/25/30/35/40 for 4 seconds and fearing anybody who attacks him during that time for 1 second (1.5 for ranged attacks).
R: Mass Hysteria Mana Cost: 250/400/650 Cooldown: 150/120/90 AoE Radius: 1400 from self
Passive: Kazuum deals 15% more damage to anyone who is affected by slow, fear, stunned, snared, rooted, or immobilized. Active: Kazuum creates a realm of Chaos around him, fearing all enemies in his radius for 2 seconds, and slowing them by 10% for 3 seconds. Also deals true damage equal to 150/250/400 +50% AP over 4 seconds to all enemies in his radius. While Mass Hysteria is on cooldown, this abilities passive is not in effect.

ALRIGHT. This is a rough concept, and I know that I'm not exactly Picasso with my picture of Kazuum, but it's just to give you a basic idea of who he is. I plan to change how he looks considerably as my art skills increase and I have more free time.
